System Monitor 1

I've got a switch that has no master system monitor defined.I get a IOD301 printed if you stat xsm in ld 37
I've outted and rebuilt tty 0 but when I do I don't get a prompt for xsm. Can some one point me in the right direction for programming the XSM? thanks

you putting user mtc? have you printed adan tty in 22? I would hope xsm isn't yes anywhere but tty 0 but stranger things have happend.

If I print tty there is no XSM set to yes anywhere in the system!!

can you tell me how to add in the system monitor?

if you edit tty 0, can you say yes at the xsm prompt?

no unfortunatly when I out and make the change the XSM prompt doesn't appear?

can you post all your adan tty? what system type? Has this been in place and working?

As requested I've posted adan info. The system is an Option 61C Release 23.47 We've only just taken the system on through a buy out, so I have no history on the system.
