Is there an easy way to get messages out of the system mailbox?

I have a bunch that got in there while testing that should have gone to another store running 5.5 and am having a difficult time getting into the folder. I have tried the mdbvu32 tool but i get an unknow error message when trying to open the system mailbox.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Jim

Leave the system mailbox alone.

Why? I need to get those messages out of there and to their proper destinations. There are customer orders in that bunch of messages.

Why would 'regular' mail end up in the System Mailbox? Where do you get that idea from?
Non deliverables get in the badmail folder by default, NOT in the System Mailbox.
Like lander said, leave that box alone for your own sake!

If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, expect random guesses or no replies at all.

By default there are a bunch of "messages" in the system mailbox as reported by SM, but they aren't mail messages.

Your customers messages are somewhere else...check the badmail folder first, then perhaps your postmaster, but they won't be in the system mailbox.
