system log going crazy

My system event log is crammed full with event ID 36, source W3SVC and event ID 10004 source DCOM.

Event 36:

The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/root/CCM_System'. The error was 'The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.

Event 10004:

DCOM got error "The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to. " and was unable to logon .\IWAM_TSUNAMI in order to run the server:
