system keeps losing the PRI

I have a system that keeps going down. We recently changed carriers for the pri and it is going down almost daily now. It seems that the system is building up with alarms and then shutting down until it is manually reset or it comes up on it's own. We have already changed out the T-1 cartridge and the problem persists.
Any ideas?

You changed out carriers and the problem started? I guess you know where it sounds like the trouble is.
Have you monitored the circuit with your own tester/ vendor, or are you taking the word of the provider that everything is good?

What alarms are you getting?
What version is the MICS?

Are you sure the protocol did not change (DMS-100 or NI-2) Of course, I don’t really know that it would work at all if that were the case.
