System Error?

Hi All,

Can anyone help here? it's driving me mad.
After clicking roughly 30 times, I can open a Project file and then another 20 or so times to close it.

I get Microsoft Visual Basic: System Error &H80070057 (-2147024809)

This happens when I open Project or try to create a new Project File.
Any help is much appreciated.
