System error 67 has occured-Terminal Services Printing

I need to use the NetBios client to obtain access to printing services by using the net command such as net use*\\myserver\share. There is a Microsoft article(Article ID Q265861) that alllows for a work around, but after almost an hour on the phone with an engineer it prove to be unsuccessful. Microsoft does not know why it is not working.

Does anyone know how to get Win2000 to recognize the net command for redirecting printers in Terminal Services?
