im building this system and basically the thing just crashes badly when im trying to install windows. i wiped out the hard drive to start over. after bios, i hit f8 to tell it to boot from the windows xp cd since there is no OS installed on the HD. so it searches for a boot record on the cd and proceeds to initialize the windows installation process. upon loading all the basic drivers, the whole system crashes giving me a blue screen "system has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer". it goes on to say "Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area 0x00000050". i checked this out on microsofts knowledge base and tells me that its some kind of memory issue, either main ram, L2 cache or video ram. i took out a dimm of ram and checked each one with the same results... this problem is really baffling me, any input would be appreciated.

Howdy:

Disable shadowing and cache in BIOS.. Also, disable the onboard AV program in BIOS.. Now try your install..
