system could not allocate required space in a registry log

I get the above error when trying to delete a user from usr manager.

Does anyone have any ideas why?

Not seen it before but this is a shot in the dark: Windows has a maximum registry size which can be altered, are you at the registry size limit ?

I already checked the registry as soon as I sent this message!

it was at its limit. I increased it!
