hi folks, newbie questions here,
What combination of cards do I need to take the CICS to 8/24?
caller id is not a dealbreaker.
The customer says they have four lines and 24 extensions., but they can't tell me how many cards they have, much less what type. it is a considerable drive to their premise, hate to have to go all the way out just to give them bad news.
Thanks in advance.

So given the arrangement of cards that you have surmised, do they have room for another 4x0 card? i do not know how many cards a cics will hold.

Yes, the CICS has 2 slots for trunk cards, so they should currently have one. Have them find the NT number on the white label at the bottom front of the trunk card so you can match it up. It will be NT7B75xxx or NT5B41xxx. The card will also be labeled either DS or CI near the top front.
