System Compliance Profiler Reports Missing

I am running SCP 1.1 with ePO updated to the latest (Patch 6). Package installs correctly upon server but reports do not show. While trying to load the reports .nap the status bar shows but then disappears after a couple seconds without the status moving (though possible it completes extremely quick). After refreshing and rebooting reporting still does not show within Reporting.

Also, we hope to use SCP in our environment after successful testing. What are the pros and cons of SCP?

I had to manually copy the reports onto the server after I installed it.

I have been using SCP for awhile now without any issues since initial setup. The only problems on install was forgetting to push the scp agent to the epo server first so that reporting would work. The only negative about the product since is that when the options for what SCP looks for are changed the reports are cleared until the workstations run a new scan and report in again.

I heard my issue has just been moved up to Tier 3 regarding the reports category not showing up for SCP. I hope I can get it working as I'm looking forward to using it. I will give Tier 3 a shot at figuring it out before copying anything over. I'll let everyone know what I find out.

Thanks for letting me know about the clearing of reports till next scan as that probably would have thrown me off when it occurred.

I'm having the same issue, with the reports not showing up. Please report back if you get a solution form Tier 3.

This was my problem...

After loading the reports make sure you log in with the ePO credentials. If you use the default "use logged on user" they will not load though you can see all the other reports.

The ePO credentials must be used at least one time for them to load. After that, I believe you can use the logged on credentials. Let me know if this works for you also.
