System 32 files.

Hey Tek-Tips, I have a quick question, whenever I boot my computer, a window opens up with my system 32 directory opens up. Now i've gone into msconfig and removed this from the different things to start up, i've run the newest Ad-Aware, and if I reboot after doing this, the directory does not open up. But sure enough, a day or two later, it will again open itself at start-up. I have no idea what the problem could be, any ideas?
