I am not sure if this is the proper forum for system 25 but just in case, I have a 25 with night service, everything was working O.K. then I lost a line from being answered by the voice mail( night service ) it is just one line and the programming looks to be the same on all trunk COS settings. One area under search called Directed Night Service Trunks does not list the trunk that is in trouble, but it is set in COS to directed night service trunk yes. Thanks
