Hi all,

I'm having a problem with sysprep removing the Microsoft Outlook 2000 icon from the desktop.

I can't work out why it does this for starters and also how to add this icon back without running a repair from the office CD..

If anyone could help that'll be a great help.

;O)

Well no worries on this, solved the problem...

First on another XP PC running Outlook export the registry keys {00020D75-0000-0000-C000-000000000046)

from

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\classes\CLSID

Then on the problem PC replace that key..

There you go solved...

;O)

cheers
