sysprep SQL 2008 R2

Is there a way to sysprep / create unattended answer file for sql 2008R2 based on an existing server I have which I feel is the best configuration established for that server?

My main concern is the drive / volumes assigned (space included)...

Can this be templated entirely using sysprep and an unattending install file?
