syslog message in Cisco 7204VXR

I have received in a syslog server the following messages,many times:
Apr 29 09:23:13: %SYS-2-INLIST: Buffer in list, ptr= 61A8B678
-Traceback= 604EC2E8 60D7F7CC 60D7FCD0 60521234 60521220
Could I have a software error?
How can I fix the problem.The IOS version running is 12.1(9.2) or c7200-is-mz.121-9.2.bin

You probably have a bug. This is the "Error Message Decoder" from Cisco:
1. %SYS-2-INLIST: Buffer in list, ptr= [hex]
An internal software error has occurred.

Recommended Action: If this message recurs, copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.

If you do not have access to Cisco Technical Support you may upgrade your IOS to a newer GD version, if available.
