Does anyone have any information about SYSPREP. I have purchased a bunch of computers with Windows XP Pro. I want to load a bunch of the same software on them, so I want to load one, image it and copy it to the others. Someone told me to load the computer, run sysprep, then make the image. I have downloaded SYSPREP from Microsoft.com, but I keep getting an error when I try to run it.

It sounds like you may be using the wrong version of sysprep. Make sure the sysprep you've downloaded supports XP.
