sys prep to ghost NT4.0 drive

I need to install a larger hard drive on my email server,
NT server 4.0 sp6a. I am trying to use ghost, but I get the blue screen of death. Do I need to run sys prep, or something first? Is so, wj\here do I get such a file? Thanks ! tomr@wcitx.com
