Syncronize local folders to network drive

can anybody recommand a syncronization program that can be scheduled to automaticly run either on shutdown or bootup that will syncronize the selected folder with the network drive????

FYI - Clients running Windows Xp Network drive is a samba drive running on Linux RH 8.0

The offline folder feature of XP should be able to use SMB mapped drives, although you need to resolve SMB signing issues and SAMBA configuration: Read and follow the links at the bottom of this MS KB:
