I am trying to sync the time across the domain, without going desk to desk. I have set up a login script that runs when a user logs in (net time \\servername /set /yes). This works fine for users that have local admin rights to their pc's. But any users I have setup as "restricted" it will not sync the time. Changing the users rights is not an option. If anyone can help I would HIGHLY appreciate it!!

Sorry bud, that's your only option. By default only Administrators and Power users have rights to change the system time (Admins and Server Ops for DCs).

Why not change the group policy? It's a one-time deal.
