Syncing OAB through outlook anywhere issues

When I connect through Outlook Anywhere I get this error:

7:36:26 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
7:36:26 Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located.
7:36:26 0X8004010F

The email sync perfectly and I can see and use the Address book but when I work offline the Address book is not available.

Any ideas?
