Syncing Blackberry through Citrix

Hello,

I am currently attempting to sync a Blackberry on a clients PC to our Exchange server via citrix.

I can't get the server to detect her COM port.

Would anyone be able to give me a hand?

I ran the Net Use com1: //client/com1: command on the server....no help.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is the client com port mapping disabled in the server config? It usually is.

I played with it a bit this morning and i got it to work.
I missed the setting that needed to be changed in her Program Neighborhood.

I appreciate the response.
