Synchronizing a users calendars on two separate GW systems

I have a (fairly adept) user who floats between two different agencies that both use GroupWise. She has accounts on both systems and wants to be able to synchronize her two calendars so that she only has one calendar to look at.

Is this possible using the client in "Remote" or "Caching" mode? Or is it possible in some other way?
