Synchronize files from mapped drive to local directory ?

Hello everyone
Is there any good way of synchronizing a novell mapped drive to a local directory ?
I´m using windows xp.

You could use the Briefcase function in XP. Create a Briefcase on the local drive and drag the directory on the NetWare drive into it, let it perform the initial copy, then update the local briefcase as and when required.
