Hi,
I' m trying to set up a synchronisation between two windows '98 machines. On both SQL Server 7.0 is installed.
On the first machine I have made a merge publication. On the second machine, I have taken a subsciption on the publication of the first machine. This all works fine. Now, when I right-click on the subscription and choose synchronize now, I get the following error: 'The process could not read file 'C:\MSSQL7\Repldata\unc\computername_databasename_publicationname\20010509064554\filename.sch due to OS error 3'.
The network between the two computers is allright and the file is present on the first computer. It is also shared and the second computer can open it in the explorer.
Can somebody help me please? Thanks very much.
