Sync with PocketPC

After reading multiple reviews on the web while trying to find a way to sync my Dell Axim with my new PowerBook (10.3.x), I'm at a loss. The reviews are either very high or very low. So far I've checked out:

1. PocketMac
2. Missing Sync

Does anyone have real experience with either of these? Anyone have ideas of other products to try?

I used MissingSync for about a year, till about a year ago. It works fine but it's slow, slow, slow.
