SYNC Local Folder and Network Folder Automatically?

I was wondering if it was possible to automate synchronization either at shutdown or every 30 minutes or hour etc. between a local folder and a network folder?

If you mean that you want the network folder to have an exact copy of the local folder, I have been using Iomega Quiksync 3.0 for several months now to do just that. You can specify any number of local folders, and the program will copy them automatically, or you can click the icon in the system tray $39.95
