Symposium Vmail reports

Is there any reports in symposium that will show me how many of those abandoned calls actually went to voicemail??

How do I access the ACD reports??
Not sure if we are set up to do soon our 61 c.

couple of places, prt cdr in load 21, you need a tty with cdr as user and in ld 23 you need a scb,ld 23 prt cdb. those 3 loads set up cdr reports,in 23 you need to mark the acd cdr yes and enter the tty port.. if you fet stuck let me know and i'll post the code..
