We have an Opt 81c and Symposium 5.0 which connects to Genesys. For some reason we loose the link to the switch a couple of times a week. Any suggestions?

I don't see any errors on the PBX. The elan stays active. It seems to be on the Symposium side. Our vendor was onsite and we hard coded the equipment Lan to 100 mg. I have noticed a lot of BUG 302 codes on our 81C.

The ELAN (if it is going to the PBX also) cannot be at 100mg; must be 10mg pipe.
