Symposium GRTD calls waiting refresh

We have symposium express running GRTD.
All is working well except that the callswaiting
billboard is reseting to 0 after about 5 minutes rather
than being cumulative for the whole day.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I've already installed all the latests peps.
