I have a site that wish to utilise Symposium Express and or Call Pilot to collect account number information, so that callers can be dealt with without connecting to an agent. Ideally they would have a menu which callers select from, enter their accout info, bank details, place an order and then this is stored to a file,of some sort. Any thoughts folks?
Maybe use Unified messaging?
They have SECC 4.2 with VSC & Call Pilot 2.02. Rlse 3 core software
