Symposium Agent Greeting Problem - not playing greetings

We've recently installed Agent Greeting for our Call Centre.

We use M3820 ACD sets, and the greeting will not play if a call is answered from the handset (works fine from Headset and hands-free).

Any ideas? Thanks!
