I have a win2k server running the corporate edition 8.1 symantec anti-virus protection.
When I go into the Symantec AVF console for Exchange then click Manage Quarantine I get the following error:
MS VBScript runtime error '800a01fb' An Exception Occurred "Get QuarantineItemPropertyList". This has been happening on and off the last few days. I tried re-starting the server...no luck. Also tried searching Symantec's site for a fix..no luck. I have 25 items in Quarantine that I need to get deleted (and can't because I can't get the console up). If I don't get these delete periodically my server will not do a complete backup. Any ideas on how to fix this? Is there another way to delete items in quarantine on the server level through symantec?
