Symantc Exchange Filtering 3.1

With the new explosion of mass mailing viruses on the internet our Symantec Antivirus/Filtering for Exchange 3.1 (Exchange 2003) has been doing quite a bit of work. The problem is the past 2 monday's ive logged on to the mail server to find the SAV process using 800mb of ram!

Has anyone else had these problems?

Symantec's website is ridiculously unhelpful. The memory leak is not listed in known issues and there is no email address to email regarding support.
