I am currently working on an sx2000. I am not too familiar with the sx 2000 but i am certified on the 3300. The system is showing 5 major alarms but i am not sure what they mean. plan b winch 100% unavailable tone detection 50% unavailable tone generation 50% unavailable conferencing 50% unavailable mate msg link 100 unavailable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
