Switchboard Stuck on Busy 2

One of the receptionists reported this morning that one of the switchboards is stuck on busy and it wont come off.

Have tried restarting the switchboard PC but no joy

Below is the TNB of both of our switchboards can anyone see anything that looks wrong, as i don't have a clue.

If you can disable and re-enable the TN's and it maywell be wise to disconnect your '25' way connection and reconnect
if it's a CIU ?

With your power TN's just out and re-build them again

If they are all connected ideally 2 primary and secondary and 3 power

Sorry, but you have completely lost me, i am unable to re enable the TN because it give me SCH0111 code when i try to enter the TYPE.

As for 25 way connection you lost me.

i am also confused when you are talking about 2 primary and secondary and 3 power.

Type should not come into enabling and disabling a TN?

LD 32 or LD 20 then DISU <TN> folowed by ENLU <TN>

Also as mentioned try disconnecting and reconnecting the 25 Pin cables from the back of the CIU or M2250.

Is it a Console Interface Unit (CIU), If so there is a reset switch, I think its underneath or at the back, try this.

its a 2250 i have since raised a call with BT and they have a response time of an Hour so when they get here i will shadow them and find out what they do, although their Helpdesk oprative thought that its probably the handset thats failed.

That is more than likely the problem. Try the handset from the working console.

according to the BT engineer the TN was in a disabled state, but even though i tried re-enabling it in LD 20.


However he did it remotely so i was unable to take down exactly what he did.

Make sure it's not reversed when plugged into the 2250
