We have an AES where the switch link says TCP down. It has been working before, but we can't get it back to work. It is an AES 3.1.2 and we have updated the AES to 3.1.6 patch 1. A new license have been loaded to the AES and CM(for the PKI). We have done a complete power down of the system. The CM is a S8300 and we have also put a cross cable between the 2 systems. Have anyone seen this before? We are using it for a TSAPI connection. The CM is 3.1.2 version. We also removed the CTI link from CM and added it again. Done the whole configuration again.

Both the CM and AES have AutoNeg turned off and 100Mb/full set

We have done a reboot and a complete power down yesterday, but without result. This of both the AES and the CM system

have you tried to remove all the links and re-add them agaion. DOn't forget that the AES host name must match the same name in CM node-name. Also, change the password for the switch link as well.

The host name is the same as the name of the AES. We have all removed them and readded them. Besides that the switch link password has been changed multiple times...

have you checked the license page ? You might want to re-submit license ?

I've reloaded the license on both the AES and CM system. The PKI was not vallid anymore on the CM and after re-submitting the license the PKI was vallid again.

not sure now. We just did the same upgrade two weeks ago and had no issues at all. Maybe the PKI issue has corrupted something ??

Yes, that could be. We have also created a request at Avaya to look at this issue.
