Swapping 2616's to 2216's Help

I need help swapping over existing 2616 phone users whom all already have login ID's to there Dept ACD Que. My question is this, Can i just put a login key on there current 2616 phone or will I have to build a 2216?

Out the 2616 and build it back on the 2216. At least you won't have to x-cut, use same tnb.

ALWAYS, when using acd and the sets associated with them, out and rebuild, you are otherwise asking for troubles~!

If you have a 2616 and you want to make it an ACD phone, just make the changes.

That's only if they are already ACD phones and your making a change on the ACD programming, not changing a NON ACD phone to an ACD phone.




This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
