swap clid causes Caller ID to die?

I had a clid card go bad on a compact ics. Popped in the new card, all works, except caller ID no longer comes through.

any ideas? When you swap a card, do you have to re-program something?

Was the replacement card a "Global" CID card and if so are the jumpers correct?

Are the "Dip Switches" correct? That works a bit better than jumpers!
