I'm remotely helping debugging this issue, so I don't have first-hand data. What is described to me is that people are being transferred into a conference loop, and under some undefined circumstances, somebody gets kicked out when a new party gets added.
What I know is that the system does have an 8-party conference set up, and when the on-site tech tested this with me, we couldn't reproduce the problem. We transferred 6 or 7 people into the conference bridge and it worked.
Yet, somehow this is still happening: people are booted off the conference. The system has Digital terminals, not IP. Maybe this is what is happening:
Some people are being transferred into the conference loop. Once all parties are in it, and the conversation begins, the secretary joins in to take notes. But she joins in by pressing the line appearance of one of the participants. So here you are combining the 6 or 7 party conference with Privacy Release.
That's all the data I have currently, I was hoping maybe someone has some idea about this. I'll add more as soon as I get mnore information.
