Calls between sites work fine but issue arises when calls are placed on hold. If the call is between two digital phones, either user can place call on hold without issue. If a call is between an IP phone and digital phone, the IP phone can put the call on hold and retrieve it, if the digital phone puts the call on hold, the call drops.
All calls appear on Call Appearance line keys and the line key will start flashing when the call is first placed on hold, but then is dropped after a couple seconds.
If calls are made locally between the IP phones and digital phones, either side can place them on hold. Issue is only when it is a CCIS call.
