I'm being told that no licenses are needed for the copper card (GCD-4COTB), is that true?

SV9100 Copper Card Licenses? I am told that none are needed.

You need port licenses for all devices, trunks, phones, etc. A 4-COTB will need 4 port licenses.

As suspected, and is why I didn't accept that as an answer from the dealer. It's a shame that I constantly have to verify I'm being sold the correct stuff, and is why I am digging so much as to what I really need to buy. Thanks again belevedere.

To confirm -- the license I require for the copper card are SV9100 RESOURCE LIC-01, correct?

Yes, it's a resource license. Log in with PCPro, perform a download, then check them using PCPro under feature activation. Then click on the cards icon. It should show you how many resources are being used.
