Hi, I hope someone can help me with my issue in Sv8300 Survival mode.
I have a setup of 3units sv8300 in Head Office 1 Main unit and 2 remote unit connected in the switch via CCIS.
The client is changing/upgrading a switch after the upgrade the result was they cannot make a local to local call in the different extension (Meaning if your extension is in the unit 1Main you can make call in unit 1 extension via local to local, but if you are on the remote unit like, unit 2 and 3 the local to local call is busy), and they don't have incoming call the Faulty displayed "052 Communication error restoration between Main unit and remote unit" Also i try to generate system check and report and i found out that the remote unit is on survival mode.

I hope can someone help me in my situation the last option we got at least the incoming call will work, but I don't have any idea how to configure because I don't have expertise in SV8300.

This isn't the answer you want but I have to ask why you are trying to resolve this (assuming you are the PABX tech)? You didn't break it, give the problem back to the people who did! My best guess is possible Vlan information missing but that isn't for you to fix, IT need to interrogate the old switch and carry the config over to the new one! The SV8300 doesn't need changing, the new switch needs to comply with the requirements of the existing network!
