When we receive a phone call from the outside and try to transfer it, it goes to hold instead of transfer. Have looked at 15-02 and Transfer button is set to transfer.
Is this when you answer the inbound call and press transfer?
To transfer a call you answer call, press transfer (puts call on hold) dial extension (intercom extension) then hang up. Transfer complete. Look in user manual for better details on how to transfer calls
I got this same issue. Caller will hear MOH instead of Ringback tone until the transferred call is answered.
To solve this problem, you just need to change PRG 24-02-02 –from HOLD (default) to Ringback tone.
