SUS Patches & Standby Mode

I want to set all my PC's to go into Standby overnight but then install any SUS patches it may have downloaded at a set time. If the pc has already downloaded the update, will it come out of standby to install it?

If so is there any way of controlling the power options by Group Policy, or do the settings have to be controlled locally?
