I have anlog line card which used to service off-premise phones. I can't find NTAK92 off-premise protection module. Any replacement suggestion? Thx in advance

Just from searching the part number and viewing installation guides, it looks like a 4-port Building Entrance Protector (BEP). J1 (aka "CO" - Central Office, or "In") would go to your KSU/PBX side. J2 (aka "CPE" - Customer Provided Equipment, or "Out") would go to your off-premise stations.

My personal preference would be a Circa 2100BN-6 (6 ports so you would have 2 unused ports) with Avaya 7AB0 modules in the wiring closet. For added protection, a TII 325-1M single pair NID (Network Interface Device) at your off-premise phones. Both need to be properly grounded!!!

HTH.
