SurfSideKick and Nail

Does anyone have a surefire way to elimiate SurfSideKick? I have tried Adaware, Spybot, CWShredder, HiJack This and several other anti spyware programs and I cannot get rid of this. I check it for removal in HiJack This and is comes right back. I cannot get rid of the Nail stuff either.
