I have used some DOS database programs such as Alpha where I could suppress lines in a report by using a test field. If the test field is true then I print that line, if it is false then I suppressed the line. I have been unable to find a similar function in Access. Can anyone give me a clue?
I am attempting to convert a church giving program from Alpha to Acess, but cannot find the same degree of command line control. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Nelson
