Is there a way to suppress the ringback tone for a single analog extension?

I have a setup where an acd plays a message and then routes the call to an internal analog extension that plays another message then hangs up.... After the ACD plays its message I get a single "ring" until the analog extension answers, is there any way to make this silent?

Thanks.

Huh... :) not the ringer... the ringing the far end hears on the line "ringback"...

Maybe I worded things wrong..

I have a 15 line analog device that only job is to tell the time and temp, but I have an ACD ahead of this that plays ad's and greetings, and allows us to track "HITS" for billing, before routing to the 15 round robin analog lines. When the acd routes to the 15 analog lines I get a ring before the device answers, i don’t want the customer to know they were transferred.. just want some silence...

On the box that has the 15 lines, change the rings to answer to ZERO. That will almost assure that the caller will not hear the ring. If it doesn't, call the manufacturer of the box.

Ok, so what your saying is that in the CS1000 there is NO WAY to disable sending ringback tones to the listener?

you can have the unit answer quicker.. you can stop ring back tone switch wide, via ftc, but that would be radicial.
