Hi,
I'm stuck on something I thought was simple but I'm having a few probs....

I have a list of transactions from our db. Some of these transactions will have been returned. I know which ones they are and I've added a formula to display them in RED.
All I want to do now is supress the red ones to get the true transactions.
What is the best way of doing this ?
I'm using CR9 and have tried some sort of supression in the section expert by using the font, but can get it to work. Then I started looking at the selection expert but no joy
Any help greatly appreciated..
Steve

Unless I'm missing something here, you should just take the same formula that you're using to display the fonts in red, and use that as the suppression formula. So if you're colouring everything in red where "x<2", put "x<2" in the suppression formula as well.

ah yes sorry, my brain is marmalised at the moment ...
thats what having children does for you !
