I have a question...I have 2 report headers. The first one has Company name.... The second page header is nothing more than a detail header. It shows the name of the columns Examle Qty, Name... My problem is that my last page might not have any detail records, just a large report footer. If there would be no detail records on the last page I want to suppress the second page header.

In the report footer place a formula containing:

whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar SuppressMe;
If onlastrecord
and
not(pagenumber = totalpagecount) then
SuppressMe := True

Right click the page header to suppress, select Format Section and in the X 2 next to suppress place:

whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar SuppressMe

The syntax and methodology is version dependent, you might have to adjust accordingly, which you deserve for not at LEAST posting your software version ;)

Have a good weekend.
